Due to the high number of spam/bogus accounts that have recently populated Bishounen’s user base I decided to throw everybody out of the database to be fair to everyone. (Authors and people I know from livejournal are not included) Please re-register if you still want to ^^

New registration interface include forced registration of certain fields (i.e., first name and nickname ) to prevent auto registration of spam bots.

I don’t know if you noticed but this site is currently in it’s version 3.1.1 ^^ … I’ve been busy this past couple of weeks so I haven’t had time to do much here. Expect version 3.1.2 in the next 2 weeks. Version 3.1.2 is just a modification of the current version: meaning rearrangement of links and fonts etc. Also includes tinkering with the sidebar headers, the footer and comment portion.

The preview for Junjou Romantica anime, set to start some time this April, is out in youtube. The story is from the manga of the same name drawn by Nakamura Shungiku. It’s going to be a 24 episode series. *yey* About time we fangirls get a full length anime series. ^^ I doubt there’ll be much “action” though x_x ..

Welcome to version 3.1 of Bishounen! I know I’ve neglected this site for 6 months?! Holy Lord. O_O I got sick of coding so I just left T__T and went to my livejournal where everything is easy to configure. But now I’m back and hopefully I finish coding everything by the end of the month.

Bishounen version 3.1 is only a testrun / draft so it’s really simple but I’ll try and compensate by cooking up some really cool codes for you in the coming weeks ^^ assuming I don’t get sick of it first. hehe >__<

Summary: Attending the University, all Ryuya wanted was to finish his courses, that is until he is nominated to be Vice President of the Honors Society by its President, Orito. Despite the honored stature of the Honors Society, Ryuya refuses, prompting Orito to do anything he can to make Ryuya accept the position.

Pro: As horrible as my summary was, I highly recommend Selfish Love for people who like stories where opposites attract. Ryuya is cute in his denial and confusion while Orito makes you hate/love his pompousness. The first volume also includes two short stories, each with two chapters. Selfish Love would also appeal to fans of Koujima’s Our Kingdom.
Con:The price tag, of $15.99, is one problem I have with Selfish Love, which spans two books, but, other than that, I love the book and I think it’s worth checking out.
